Peneda-Gerês National Park

The Peneda-Gerês National Park is located in the north of the country, near the Spanish border. It shelters landscapes where forests of oaks and conifers, lakes, waterfalls, granite rocks or “espigueiros”, traditional granaries mounted on stilts, coexist.

Douro Valley

In the north of Portugal, terraced vineyards and quintas make up the landscape of the Douro Valley. When you visit Portugal from north to south, you will go on a cruise on the Douro to discover all its tourist attractions.


Its coasts offer about 150 km of bays and beaches with turquoise water. The sand-colored rocks can be seen in every photo. Apart from its sea reputation, this region offers a gentle and contrasting landscape thanks to its light, its vegetation, its white villages and its azulejos.


The medieval city of Coimbra is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the Rio Mondego. It houses one of the oldest universities in the world. It was built in Lisbon in 1290 and moved to Coimbra in 1308! There are also some beautiful churches and monasteries to explore.


The town of Evora will enchant your trip to Portugal with its whitewashed houses and wrought iron balconies. It is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal and has a lot to offer: old walls and ruins, tiles and medieval palaces will enrich your stay.


Porto is the second largest city in Portugal and offers just as fascinating tourist attractions as Lisbon. The Sé Cathedral, the Maria Pia Bridge, a work by Gustave Eiffel, or the port wine cellars on the banks of the Duoro are really unique. Soe should try a glass of the famous port wine!


Built on 7 hills, the Portuguese capital is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
